Uma Shankar has done his MBBS in NRI Medical college and Gen.Hospital,Mangalagiri which is one of the top medical college in Andhra Pradesh.

He has completed his post-graduation in general medicine in 2015 in Bangalore Baptist hospital, Bangalore (affiliated to Christian medical college,Vellore) which is the best DNB teaching hospital in south India.
